Plut\u00f4t que de chercher un m\u00e9decin permanent introuvable, nous mobilisons un r\u00e9seau de praticiens solidaires qui se relaient chaque semaine pour assurer une permanence de soin continue et de qualit\u00e9. Bouge ton CoQ ! intervient comme le catalyseur de cette renaissance en r\u00e9alisant les diagnostics territoriaux et l\u2019ing\u00e9nierie des projets de sant\u00e9, transformant ainsi des zones en La phase de conception consiste d&rsquo;abord \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser un Diagnostic Territorial pour identifier les zones prioritaires, mener les \u00e9changes avec les \u00e9lus locaux et \u00e9laborer le Projet de Sant\u00e9, document cadre indispensable \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation de toute structure de soins.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Une fois cette ing\u00e9nierie valid\u00e9e, la phase op\u00e9rationnelle prend le relais. Elle assure l&rsquo;ouverture physique du centre, la gestion administrative et l&rsquo;animation du collectif de m\u00e9decins. Avec d\u00e9j\u00e0 8 centres op\u00e9rationnels et 10 lignes de soins actives, le collectif s&rsquo;appuie sur l&rsquo;engagement de 780 m\u00e9decins g\u00e9n\u00e9ralistes volontaires. Cette force de frappe permet de programmer des ouvertures r\u00e9guli\u00e8res, avec un planning de d\u00e9ploiement ambitieux s&rsquo;\u00e9tendant jusqu&rsquo;en 2026.
